Where can I download the game?

MATCH IQ is being prepared for Android and iPhone. Public store downloads are not available yet. This site does not sell subscriptions.

Can I recover my progress or parent PIN?

The current version stores game data on your device. Support cannot retrieve it from a server or reset your PIN remotely. Clearing app data resets the local setup but erases progress. Keep your PIN safe.

How do I cancel or delete data?

Subscription cancellation and game-data deletion are separate. See the step-by-step guide.

What if a future purchase does not appear?

Use the same Apple or Google account used for the purchase, connect to the internet, and use Restore purchases in the parent area. Restore does not recover game progress from another device. Contact support if the issue remains.
